The 12th International Suppliers Fair (IZB) will welcome exhibitors and visitors to the German city of Wolfsburg from 22nd to 24th October 2024. At the specialist trade fair, companies, cluster initiatives and other stakeholders from the automotive supplier industry will present the latest trends and technologies in the vehicle mobility sector. In 2022, the industry gathering, which is hosted by the company Wolfsburg AG once every two years, recorded a total of around 940 exhibitors from 37 different countries. The IZB 2024 will again be held under the patronage of the Volkswagen Group, the German Federal State of Lower Saxony and the City of Wolfsburg.
For 2024, the concept of the IZB will be further developed and adjusted. For this, the team behind the event at Wolfsburg AG evaluated the results of surveys on the IZB 2022 conducted among exhibitors, visitors and other interested parties in particular. The concept focuses on expanding the infrastructure and making the trade fair even more attractive to trade visitors. The IZB is also continuing to focus on its characteristic strengths: its close proximity to the Volkswagen Group, the wide variety of exhibitors from all areas of the automotive value chain and its positioning as a business and networking platform for the top managers of the automotive industry.
The specialist trade fair has experienced continuous growth ever since it was first held in 2001. In 2022, the event enabled 43,000 trade visitors from all over the world to find out about the products and services available from a record-breaking total of more than 900 exhibitors from 37 different nations These exhibitors showcased their products and innovations in an exhibition area featuring six halls and covering a total of around 38,000 square metres in the exhibition grounds in the Allerpark in Wolfsburg.
